Services and Pricing:
Our services are designed to be flexible and affordable. Here’s a brief overview of our pricing structure:
HR Outsourcing Packages:
Casual Services
$130 per hour (minimum 1-hour service).
As-needed services, which are generally ad hoc requests, will be billed at the end of the week in which the service is provided.
Monthly Subscription (6 or 12-month packages)
Thrive Support – 2–4 hours per month ($100 per hour)
Thrive Support – 5+ hours, billed each month ($100 per hour)
Business to confirm the services and hours required during the consultation for subscription packages.
Basic Terms and Conditions:
- Contract Duration: Services are offered on a month-to-month basis for subscription offers, with a minimum service agreement of either 6 or 12 months.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your services at any time; however, a 30-day notice is required.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle for subscription packages.
- Casual Services: A service agreement and account must be set up prior to outsourcing services being provided; payment terms are 7 days.
- Subscription Renewals: Subscriptions will automatically continue unless cancelled before the end date. You can opt to end at either the 6- or 12-month period at the beginning of your package. Otherwise, a 30-day notice period is required, after which future payments will cease.
